About

 Hi, I'm Emma, owner of The Printable Place. I am also a graphic designer and lover of stationery, manners and get-togethers. 

Some of my fondest memories centre around family birthdays and over the years, I have enjoyed creating parties for my kids as they were growing up. Watching their little faces light up at the sight of their requested birthday theme coming true was pure joy. 

Because of this, I know the pain of trawling handmade printable sites trying to find "the one" unique design. After a while, they all start to look the same.

I knew I needed to create well-designed printables for crafty, budget-conscious, and environmentally aware mums—the ones like me who wanted to be a little hands-on in creating their loved ones' celebrations but needed it to be easy and look fabulous.

The Printable Place was born from a love of helping these people. 

The classroom and learning space designs came about when a good friend (and early years educator) wanted to collaborate, so we started creating classroom decor for the same reasons.

This little business is my side hustle, a labour of love, and a dream come true.
